What’s up with our lines during the craziness of COVID-19?
Thanks for checking in on our manufacturers! We all really appreciate your support and we want to be there for you. Here’s what we know as of Tuesday June 9th. Please reach out to us directly with questions.
Enwork: All operations have resumed.
Halcon: Quotes, Orders and factory are all open and fully functional. They are currently at 8-10 weeks lead time.
HBF/HBF Textiles: Quotes, Orders and factory are all open. All HBF orders are being acknowledged with a 12-week lead time, improvement on this may be possible as needed.
Magnuson Group: MG has resumed warehouse operations on 3/30 with proper precautions in place. Customer service is continuing to work from home. They will continue to stay in contact about lead times and ship dates.
SitOnIt Seating/Ideon/Symmetry: Now fulfilling all orders, including essential, non-essential and unclassified. Manufacturing and fulfillment centers are running at full capacity. Longer lead times may still be experienced.
Stylex: As of April 6th, Stylex has resumed operations with safety precautions recommended from the CDC. Orders will be completed as quickly as possible according to previous commitments, material availability, and customer willingness/capacity to accept delivery. New orders are continuing to be accepted, and they will be scheduled for production based on when they are received.
Three H: Quotes, Orders and factory are all open. They are currently at 6 weeks lead time. Please note, however, that there is always the unforeseen interruption in the supply chain.
All manufacturer’s customer service teams are operating as normal and accepting orders.
